History: He got into the Mortician business at a young age. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mortician for hire.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born to a Servant, his father struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Nadarr was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Nadarr's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
