Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Kipper was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. His red hair is lengthy. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.

Personality: Halimath speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Halimath was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Halimath decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
