Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bookbinder. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a rapier on his belt. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: He is a Guard first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Lance was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Lance decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Naill was born the youngest of three triplets. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born to a Merchant, her father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
