History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Spy. He struck the Spy job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. A true patriot, Oppleby would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Oppleby grew up listening to his mother's many stories. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She was born into a rich family. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
