History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gifted student he started as a Assassin, but he got bored and became a Shepherd. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He uses divination through singing.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Calcitro was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Calcitro's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miner.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against giants.
