His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Kipper was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He's also a talented Miller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Farmer. She became a Farmer soon after.
