Personality: Ulla speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Ulla was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Randal and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Conrad embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Laborer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born in the west to a Laborer, Thamior learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has achieved small success as a Laborer.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion
