History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Carlin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Herbalist kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. At a young age his mother died while driving off some drow. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in falchion use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
