History: Gifted from a young age, Finellen studied abroad. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Motivation: She has a crush on the local Performer; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: Smoking was born the youngest of three triplets. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
