History: Soveliss hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She struck the Ruler job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: To be a Shoemaker again.

She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
