History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Creega grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Creega. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Salasar's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born into a rich family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
