History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Pyntle was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her childhood dream was to be a Glassblower, but she was a colossal failure. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it
