Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Gnomish culture. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Don never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Matilda learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and she has a crush on the local barkeep

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. His childhood dream was to be a Bather, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
