History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is mildly Human supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Hugolina was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-elven people

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Snafû grew up listening to his father's many stories. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: Born in the west to a Tanner, Shivering learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
