History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Tharivol enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in the south. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Don was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He's also a talented Bookbinder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: Bolhild lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Brewer, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.
