History: Katherine was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Katherine grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Katherine. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. Akra is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. Her hair is long and chestnut with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small brown clips. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Yvonne is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Yvonne was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Server work with an outfit from a few towns over. Server work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
