History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Ozyman was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Ruler. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has dark red hair. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born in the west. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Avice was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Avice's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother
