History: Cairn hails from a village terrorized by giants. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Cloak decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she's looking for her big break
