History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Stylist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Urshar and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs
