Description: A 5'11" western man, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His white fur is thinning but still full. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his yellow eyes.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Sailor who has hired him part-time. He is a great chef.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sailor. He became a Sailor soon after.

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. Her hair is golden and curly. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Kilia hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kilia grew up listening to her father's many stories. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears a robe, a symbol of strength around her neck, and a rapier on her belt. Her white hair is greasy and uncared for. She is baby faced.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and retire the richest woman in the north

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. She sports black long hair. Her eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Aline will drive conversation. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When Aline reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aline fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to prove her worth to the world
