History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and her religion dominates her actions

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Snafû was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mercenary for hire.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Warryn embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
