Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Az-Bror fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy blonde stubble. She is wearing a tight grey one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. She has a hunchback. She is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around her ears. Her gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Ida speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Ida lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Server they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Painter, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Rolf was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A freak accident while working with his Mayor father left him crippled. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: This tall, slender man tends to wear a black poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ohr was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and retire the richest man in the east

History: The child of a Scribe, who enjoyed hunting, Caeldrim was taken on many hunting expeditions. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has worked as a Sage like his father before him.
