Description: She wears bulky grey painted plate armor. She carries with her a set of sais, each one with a ruby on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her black hair is well kept. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. At a young age her father died while driving off some gnolls. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in sai use. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heather fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

Description: This late middle aged woman wears many layers of old clothing at all times and is in decent physical shape. Her silver hair is wavy and long. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Performer born in the past three hundred years. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her childhood dream was to be a Barkeep, but she was a colossal failure. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Performer for the past few years.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and further expansion of business

Description: Her right side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Her hair is brown and very short. Her violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her parents were killed by brigands in a raid when she was still a young child. The brigands captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and a deep hatred of brigands

Description: He stands about 4'10" and usually wears his yellow robe and has his longbow always slung over his shoulder. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He wears a colorful flower in his black hair. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He bought a longbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
