Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Ishmoz's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mayor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mayor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Mayor like his father before him.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and a deep hatred of goblins

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Neega grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Neega. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
