History: Born in the west to a Painter, Thava learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. She has worked as a Painter like her mother before her.

History: He comes from a rich western family. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Harvest was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Harvest's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Harvest and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Eiravel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
