Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. After coming to the age of reason, Nurkara took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He is wearing a long, blue cloak. He has a long black beard with little hanging trinkets. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Galinndan embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. Galinndan enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He got into the Apothecary business at a young age. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Apothecary. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: Gunnloda is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gunnloda grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her childhood dream was to be a Guard, but she was a colossal failure. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she is renowned for her bright black dresses and hats. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her ears are large.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Kasdeya was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Kasdeya's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and retire the richest woman in the east
