History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. She worked as a nervous Herbalist and found it very stressful. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: Born in the north to a Marshal, Flask learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Sellsword who has hired him part-time. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Nalral was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
