History: She is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
