Personality: She is a Detective first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She dropped out of school to support her sick mother, and resented it. She struck the Detective job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he's looking for his big break

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Balam was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Balam's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now owns his own business.

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Dentratha was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.
