History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His first spouse was a Sage, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Balam alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.
