She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: The child of a Baker, who enjoyed hunting, Riardon was taken on many hunting expeditions. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Riardon never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: Raer was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. The war was a terrible time for her, and Orianna does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Orianna was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
