Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a brown shirt with thin pastel vertical stripes and black pants. His hair is black, silky, and of moderate length. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Through the years after Kelter was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Kelter's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
