When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has worked as a Soapmaker like his father before him.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

History: She was born in the south. Volen was born on a far southern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Fisher. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she wants revenge against gnolls
