To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kilvar. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: Shamil was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She was taken from her home at a very young age. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Shamil was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it

Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
