History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Jheri took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up bastard sword and armor she uses now. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His childhood dream was to be a Courier, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense.
