History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When Cecily reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered west to less war torn lands. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world
