Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Paggen lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Fisher. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
