History: He was born in a small plains village. Frederick liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He struck the Scribe job and began his own company from there.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She dropped out of school to support her sick father, and resented it. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and to share knowledge with the world

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Apothecary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
