After months of barely getting by, Barbena managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ootah fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She works hard and plays hard.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Servant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He has wavy blonde hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Howard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Howard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Howard. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
