History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roge grew up listening to his mother's many stories. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
