History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He found a children's book about a Halfling Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
