History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Through the years after Adelaide was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Adelaide's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Adelaide and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. Recently the stress of being a Spy has made it difficult for her to sleep.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and to share knowledge with the world
