Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Gimgen was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Architect. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
