History: Born in the east to a Bounty Hunter, Nelkin learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Dragonborn people; and balancing his hectic life and new bounty hunter responsibilities is difficult
