Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Conrad embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Conrad was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. After a long history of fighting, Conrad and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and money/treasure

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His first spouse was a Hunter, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ranala fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Many giants want her driven away.
