Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. History: Portia was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors.
