She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. Being a Carter kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
