History: Shump was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Architect work with an outfit from a few towns over. Architect work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has achieved small success as a Architect.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. The war was a terrible time for him, and River does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: River lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Carter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: This woman loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.
