She carries with her a set of swords on her belt, each one with a emerald on the hilt. She is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around her ears. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Through the years after Millicent was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east.
