She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Joser was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Weaver for the past few years.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
